Visiting

Ian and Eleanor are allowed to sleep in the same bed as long as its not a school night. Tonight, Jorge joined them.

Family band revisited

For Christmas, Kevin bought ukuleles for all three of us. Mine is a lovely natural wood, Eleanor's is yellow, and Ian's is green. I am excited to learn how to make music on mine so that I cn join the family band. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ph0a2PVo_0

One tooth down - 19 more to go

Ian lost his first tooth today. The amazing thing about it is that it became loose and fell out in a period of about 24 hours! Also- it's kind of early, but apparently not abnormally early, according to the Mayo Clinic.

We have a reader!

Eleanor has been spelling our names, her classmates names, the names of her Halloween candy, and anything else she can find. In the past week or so, she has started reading. It's slow-going but it is pretty exciting...
